(give a girl a dress and she will wear it til she outgrows it or it falls apart, give her a needle and thread and she can mend it to make the dress last longer and keep it worthy to pass on to another girl and with her needle and thread and some fabric she can now help clothe her entire family and become an entrepreneur and sew for others–she could even mend the nets where the man was taught how to fish instead of having been just fed a fish…yolanthaism)
